Mud Run
Irvine Lakes mud run here we come! RBfitness is teaming up with Fit-campers on a 5k mud run.
April Fitness Camp 2010
It’s Friday and through sweat and sore muscles, we completed two miles of cardio, we worked our abs and had some laughs.
The first week of Fitness Camp is off to a great start. Even though we had rain on our first day we still had %100 attendance! I’m happy to be working with a group that is so excited about their fitness goals. Everyone had a great attitude through the challenge of getting started.
Helping each other stay accountable for a healthier diet and doing their best in every workout is working well.
There is always new ideas to gain from a fellow fit-camper’s diet strategies and everyone, has been great about sharing. Thanks Ladies for sharing your ideas for breakfast, Greek yogurt has a good source of protein and can also be made into a salad dressing.

Hey there,
One of the challenges you will face is winning the battle of restaurant vs. waistline. Since im on your side, I will have menus of frequented restaurants from around town offering a lighter selection to choose from, when out with friends or just caught unprepared on the go. I will give you tips and substitutions for making your meals lighter and healther. Strategies that I have learned while living out of the box. Plain and simple a smarter way to order
(and how to ask nicely) After all its your life… so live it! While im scooting about gathering up menus and data, feel free to request any of your favorite spots to eat. I will review it and give you a few plans for success.

Dreams come true.
Hello Rock Bottomers! While we are still working on our site you can now view some of my pics. I will be creating a page on dream manifestation. How to turn your dreams into goals and your goals into reality. No joke, I did it. You can read my dream card next to my bungee jumping picture. It was written in 2004 which was at least two years before I actually accomplished most of them. Its a reminder to me that all you have to do is scheme it in your mind long enough. ![]()
Think about it, dream about it, scheme about it, it will be yours. That card will have its own place soon and I can go into greater detail. Untill then if you have any questions send them over to me.

Resolutions??? Yes, I Resolve to cash in my sky diving ticket. That’s right i’m goin’ down… with a big ol’ big flesh flappin’ , bug in your teeth smile. I also resolve to record the whole thing.
RBFitness is on its way! Im thankful for a successfull photo shoot, and that its all taken care of. You’ll have to check out the new pics and the new hair.
