April Fitness Camp 2010
It’s Friday and through sweat and sore muscles, we completed two miles of cardio, we worked our abs and had some laughs.
The first week of Fitness Camp is off to a great start. Even though we had rain on our first day we still had %100 attendance! I’m happy to be working with a group that is so excited about their fitness goals. Everyone had a great attitude through the challenge of getting started.
Helping each other stay accountable for a healthier diet and doing their best in every workout is working well.
There is always new ideas to gain from a fellow fit-camper’s diet strategies and everyone, has been great about sharing. Thanks Ladies for sharing your ideas for breakfast, Greek yogurt has a good source of protein and can also be made into a salad dressing.
